My early career focused on Medical Education, which led to a career pivot into SaaS and EdTech. What is clear through both career eras for me is that People and Process are my passion. My approach to work is people first. I believe clear, transparent communication and coordination of objectives and key results delivers success. My focus in my work, and in collaborating with my team and organization is always one of driving positive impact. I’m a lifelong learner who loves the fine art of change management. Anything from aligning and overhauling our revenue tech stack (Salesforce, Hubspot & Gong for the win!) to working alongside leaders to push for continuous improvement in our DEIB efforts, or improving our internal communications. My project range is wide, but at the center you’ll always find our people, and the processes that move us towards positive impact. In my work building a Revenue Operations function at Acuity Insights, I created the first separate team for Revenue that focused on Operations across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Our team works to reduce the friction through our pipeline, removing any sticking points in process and improving our overall data clarity and insights across our tech stack. I am very fortunate to have worked with an incredible team working to support, facilitate and deliver on projects that impact our Systems, Processes, Data and Enablement to support our Revenue strategy at Acuity. My super power at work is making connections that matter. Between people, between teams, between systems and beyond.
