Hi, I’m Jeremy Bower. I’ve worked in product management and technology for the last 25 years, and as VP and CTO since 2015. In that time, I developed a track record of success leading globally-distributed teams at startups, SMBs and enterprises, some with nearly $1 billion in revenue, in logistics, health sciences, energy, finance, retail and media.

In my recent work as a Fractional CTO, I’ve lead product managers, designers and developers for IoT, web, mobile, cloud and AI products. I love guiding product technology teams to success. It's incredibly rewarding to see business delight customers, scale and innovate beyond the competition because of a transformative product technology strategy that solves their specific challenge: finding product-market fit, scaling the business or driving innovation.

While many CTOs focus exclusively on technology, I incorporate product management leadership to build successful product technology teams that are measured by outcomes rather than output, which is critical to find product-market fit, scale and drive innovation.

When it comes to technology, I’ve worked with many different programming languages, hardware, data stores and cloud providers. I look for the smallest set of tools with the best tradeoffs to meet the business constraints. But it’s who uses those tools and how they are used that has the biggest impact on success.

Finding and retaining talented team members is critical –– and a specialty of mine. Since 2011, I’ve often worked remotely and lead globally-distributed teams of product managers, designers, and developers for fully-remote and hybrid organizations.
