June joined Vertu Capital in October 2024 as a Controller.

Prior to joining Vertu, he worked at Imperial Capital, a mid-market private equity firm, and Stack Capital, a publicly listed investment holding company, where he was responsible for financial reporting, financial operations, tax and FP&A. June also previously worked at MNP LLP as Accounting and Assurance Manager, focusing on private enterprises and investment entities.

June is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), and earned a Master of Management in Analytics with distinction from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and an Honours Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies in Accounting from the University of Western Ontario.
