Adrian joined Vertu Capital in September 2023 as an Associate. Prior to joining Vertu, Adrian gained M&A experience at Evercore, where he was a member of the Canadian Advisory team. In his role as an investment banker, he advised companies from multiple industries on a variety of transactions, including cross-border sell-sides, carve-outs, and capital raises.

Adrian earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
