Mitul joined Vertu Capital in 2019 as an Associate. Prior to joining Vertu, he worked at KPMG in the Deal Advisory, Transaction Services practice, where he provided a combination of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to both financial and strategic clients. Mitul’s advisory experience comprises of domestic and cross-border transactions across a wide range of different industries, including technology.

Mitul is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
