With over 38 years of operational and venture experience, Jeff seeks entrepreneurs who want to disrupt traditional business models with innovative technologies. He joined Rho Canada in 2006 and focuses on investments in communications, agricultural technologies, and information technology, mostly in the the seed and early stages of development.

Jeff's interests also extend to helping entrepreneurs to build world-class management teams to compete on the international stage. Jeff has worked internationally throughout his career and brings a view to his companies.

Jeff received a B.A. and M.A. in international economics from Boston University.
