As the Vice President of Global Services at MindBridge, I currently lead four exceptional customer experience teams across key stages of the customer lifecycle.

I have a proven track record of achieving key SaaS metrics, renewing and growing strategic accounts, and implementing processes for scale. I am also a thought leader and a keynote speaker in complex change and transformation, as well as in adopting AI technologies. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my young family and pursuing exciting endurance goals.
