I am focused on growing Private Equity backed software-as-a-service (SaaS) businesses. I have been responsible for finance and HR in tech companies from $20m to $1bn in revenue.

I have experience in fundraising and M&A (buying and selling, >$500m in total transaction volume), IPO readiness, working with and on supervisory boards, shareholder communication, growth strategy development and execution, cost reduction, and insolvency management.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Finance is my current focus at MindBridge.

I believe that a great finance team fulfills the role of being a highly efficient utility, a strategic partner to the business, the "analytical conscience" of the company, and an effective communicator.
