Co-founder and CEO of Revuud, Inc., (2020) a Talent Management application connecting high paying healthcare IT opportunities (project jobs) with the perfect Talent match.

Focusing on the gig-economy (1099 contractor workforce), Revuud empowers a connected community of Healthcare Systems providers and vetted healthcare IT Talent to work together, without a middle person, to fulfill interim, fractional, project, or permanent staffing needs.

It also provides our clients with a "system of record" contractor management application. Specific functions include; effective Talent search, management, availability tracking, engagement, time tracking, billing and payroll.

I am also a current partner in Parallel Holdings, LLC, an investment holding company that invests in technology companies and commercial real estate.

Prior Positions: Co-founder of AMTdirect, as SaaS based commercial real estate software, which I co-founded with my twin brother in 1996. As a very early adopter of delivering software via the "cloud", the AMTdirect software focuses on the effective management of commercial real estate location data with a strong emphasis on contract and lease administration. Other important functions of the application include an FASB 842 administration, analytic reporting, document management, accounting, project management and facilities management. AMTdirect was sold to private equity, then to a major competitor in 2021 ending that successful chapter.

Particular areas of interest are entrepreneurship, start-ups, business strategy, negotiation, on-demand business models, software product innovation and design and business development,

I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Marketing from the University of North Carolina Asheville. I enjoy outdoor activities, trail running, working out and spending as much time as I can with my family!
