Alicia is a healthcare executive and purpose-driven leader in the healthcare industry. She is a pharmacist by training and started her career at Sobeys taking on various pharmacy and operations leadership roles over her 15-year tenure. In 2018, Alicia joined Walmart Canada to lead the Healthcare Operations team. Alicia has a passion for people and for patient care and has served on various pharmacy advocacy committees to advance the profession. Alicia joined Neighbourly Pharmacy in June 2023 and now leads Pharmacy Strategy & National Operations for the Company. She lives in Mississauga, ON with her husband and two daughters.
