Martha joined Persistence capital in 2020 and is responsible for supporting the management teams of portfolio companies and leading strategic value creation projects.

Prior to PCP, Martha was the Chief Financial Officer and VP Operations of MDBriefCase Group where she was responsible for strategic finance initiatives, financial reporting & budgeting, IT, and project management.

Martha began her career at Deloitte in the M&A transaction services practice, advising private equity and strategic buyers on M&A transactions.

Martha is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
