As a University of New Brunswick alum, I hold a Bachelor and Master of Science in Forestry, and my graduate thesis was titled: Assessing climate change impacts on timber supply using species-specific growth and yield impact multipliers.

With over ten years of operational, management, and sales experience in the forestry industry, I am currently employed with Lim Geomatics Inc. as the Manager of Client Services and I am based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. www.limgeomatics.com

My responsibilities at Lim Geomatics include former product owner of Stratus, Prism, Op Tracker, and Op Tracker for Transport, followed by transforming customer success with a focus on enhancing the customer experience with these solutions. I now manage the Client Services team who work with forestry and GIS stakeholders throughout the customer journey, from onboarding, training, support, and account management to GIS and remote sensing services. With my experience in forestry and geomatics, I bring value to the front lines for marketing, business development, sales, and client services by engaging forestry stakeholders and building meaningful relationships along the way. I bring information gathered during stakeholder engagement back to the development team to ensure that features we are building will meet the business level workflows of potential users and customers.
