Nikoo joined MKB in early 2018, initially as a consultant, and is now our Director of Operations. She is responsible for overseeing company operations, marketing, investor relations, and supports our firm’s compliance functions.

Prior to this, Nikoo spent several years as a consultant, accompanying various organizations at key moments in their establishment and growth. She has extensive operational experience across multiple industries and specializes in transition management from initial start-up phases to high-growth periods.

Nikoo graduated from Concordia University where she double majored in Communication Studies and Classics and Archaeology.  She is passionate about the interdisciplinary study of human evolution, humanity’s interactions with the natural world, and our impact on the changing environment.
