Maks is an AI Scientist in Residence at Signal 1. He is a co-founder of Layer 6 and the Chief AI Scientist at TD Bank. Maks is a Kaggle Grandmaster and has multiple publications in top machine learning conferences and journals. He received his Ph.D from University of Toronto where he was part of the Machine Learning Group led by Geoffrey Hinton.
