Patrick is the VP of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Signal 1. Prior to joining, he was the Lead for Program and Business Development at the Centre for Digital Therapeutics, University Health Network. He was also Course Developer and instructor at The Michener Institute of Education. Patrick holds a PhD in Health Sciences Research, with a focus in health informatics, from the University of Toronto and a Master of Public Health from the University of Montreal.
