Felipe is the VP of Machine Learning at Signal 1. Prior to joining Signal 1, Felipe was a Senior Machine Learning Scientist at Layer 6 where he led a team doing Natural Language Processing and Recommender System research and building AI applications for TD Insurance. Felipe received his Ph.D in Math from the University of Michigan.
