Mara is the COO and a co-founder of Signal 1. Prior to Signal 1, Mara was a professor at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and the Site Lead for the Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) – Toronto Site. Mara is an expert in platform economics and start-up commercialization strategy. She holds a Ph.D in Economics from MIT.
