An experienced VC lawyer, Gabrielle is very involved in the Montreal tech ecosystem and has represented many of the most promising venture backed companies. Her expertise spans the lifecycle of tech companies, from inception to liquidity event. Previously, she built the legal function at RenoRun and worked with startups at Fasken.
