Deborah brings a strong international/multi-sector industry background — she started her career as a marketing manager in the music industry in both Europe and USA, and has spent eight years at Essilor, the worldwide manufacturing leader of ophthalmic lenses, as Communication Manager and Executive Assistant.

Now in London, Deborah moved to the finance sector before joining Inovia Capital in November 2018 as EA and London Office Manager. Deborah is an avid traveller and is passionate about art.
