Hugues joined Inovia in 2015 on the investment team and was promoted to Partner in 2022. Over the past 8 years at Inovia, Hugues has been actively involved in over 20 transactions across Inovia funds, representing $2B in aggregate capital raised and 8 exits to date. In addition to his investment role, Hugues developed Inovia’s LP co-investment program and was actively involved in the firm’s expansion into growth equity in 2018 and overall AUM growth. Prior to Inovia, Hugues worked with technology companies in CFO and advisor roles, after having worked at BMO. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting & Finance from The London School of Economics and a BBA in Economics & Finance from HEC Montreal.
