Emin is a second-time founder and technology entrepreneur with 15 years of experience designing and developing innovative FinTech solutions.

He co-founded FX HedgePool in 2019 – the FinTech that made peer-to-peer a long-awaited reality in institutional foreign exchange. Emin has helped the company achieve a blistering 10X Innovation Velocity to develop solutions in weeks, not months and years.

Before FX HedgePool, Emin co-founded FastFin in 2014 – a FinTech incubator and innovation lab – to help financial firms bring ideas to life rapidly using design thinking and modern technologies. Previous leadership roles have spanned global banking institutions in New York, London, and Sao Paulo.

Emin is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, a startup mentor at Fintech Cadence, and a judge for the CODiE and Conrad Challenge technology awards. Emin holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Enterprise Systems Development - with a thesis focused on Artificial Intelligence that earned the Brunel-GoldTel Prize.
