Michael is the Chief Financial Officer at VEERUM where he is responsible for leading the company’s finance, investor relations and corporate development functions.

Michael is a visionary leader with a broad history spearheading strategic planning, partnerships, acquisitions, and divestitures across various industries, including SaaS, clean tech, telecom, infrastructure, services, and content. Over his career, Michael has been instrumental in over 65 corporate finance transactions worth over $1.6 billion in value.

Prior to joining VEERUM, Michael was CFO at Zaui Software, VP of Strategy & Corporate Development at Ballard Power, and Director of Corporate Development at TELUS Corporation.
