Laura Mindorff has always been compelled to advocate for clarity and simplicity. Professionally, she designs the values, culture and operational efficiencies as the Co-Founder and COO at Wicket. In 2017 she co-founded Wicket with the CEO, Jeff Horne, who also happens to be her husband. Wicket is the world's first Member Data Platform, revolutionizing how associations manage and connect their membership data through a modern ecosystem approach to technology. In 2021, Wicket was awarded one of Ottawa’s Fastest Growing Companies and has remained on Canada's Great Place To Work®️ list for the past two years. Through Wicket, Laura is an active member of the Invest Ottawa Accelerator community, alongside several of Canada’s fastest-growing tech companies. As an Ottawa native, Laura holds degrees from both the University of Ottawa and Algonquin College. She has built her career at several digital agencies in the Ottawa area. Laura is passionate about sharing her company culture stories through writing and speaking about bringing focus and clarity to chaos (she has a blended family with 3 kids and 2 step-kids after all).
