Brandon Goodman is a Senior Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in February 2021. He has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2015 and has experience in the valuation of a wide variety of property types including investment-grade office buildings, multi-tenant retail, mixed-use apartment buildings, industrial, vacant land, and luxury condominium development, as well as air rights valuation and ground lease valuation.    

Prior to joining Bowery, Brandon served as a Senior Valuation Associate at CBRE based in New York City.

Brandon graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. He also graduated from NYU Stern with an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate, Finance, and Management.
