Cynthia Xu is a reviewer at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in November 2020. She has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2007.  Cynthia has appraised a wide variety of property types including office, industrial, retail centers, multifamily, mixed-use properties, land, residential, and subdivisions.

Before joining Bowery, Cynthia served as a Senior Appraiser at Ard Appraisal Company based in New Jersey performing appraisals of commercial properties for lenders, and governmental agencies including condemning authorities, litigation support, and private entities.

Cynthia graduated from Case Western Reserve University with double Master of Science degrees in Neuroscience and Management Information Systems.
