I'm the co-founder of Poket, a software solution for self-reported data and community-based insights. I co-lead our team in building and deploying our software offering across 20+ countries, ranging from projects in climate-smart agriculture in the US to financial inclusion in Uganda. I'm passionate about building technology that empowers traditionally underserved communities with new technology, with a focus on making data collection less extractive. To this effect, I have been been invited to speak at the World Bank, United Nations General Assembly, MIT SOLVE, and more for Poket's innovative approach to field research and data collection. Most importantly, I'm obsessed with building mission-driven technology that enables anyone with a smartphone to generate and discover new community-level insights - no matter which corner of the Earth they may be in.
