Selina Bains joined Innovation Factory in 2024, as a Program Coordinator supporting programming and partnerships. Prior to joining, Selina Bains completed an internship at Schlegel Villages, where she worked with the Innovation team to help improve quality of life for residents living in retirement or long-term care. Selina holds a degree from McMaster University. She recently completed her Master of Management of Innovation degree from the University of Toronto. Selina maintains an avid interest in healthcare start-ups and technologies. She enjoys giving back to her community through volunteering experiences like helping individuals living with chronic conditions.
