Charya de Alwis is a seasoned marketing professional with over 6 years of experience in the industry in Sri Lanka. Since moving to Canada in 2023, she has been working at Innovation Factory as the Marketing Coordinator and supporting programs through Community Engagement. Charya obtained her MSc in Management from Liverpool John Moores University, UK in 2016, and has been involved in the multi-discipline marketing industry since. Outside of work, she finds joy in baking and is an avid dog lover, especially to her beloved dog Penny.
