Alek Tirpan began working at Innovation Factory in 2022. He possesses a wide array of hands-on experience across enterprise healthcare technologies and medical device industries.

Previously, Alek worked with innovative medical startups in data analytics and developing software-as-a-medical-device products. Through his role at Innovation Factory, Alek is passionate about supporting healthcare innovators that are in late stages of commercialization and in need of financing to get to technology validation and first sale. Alek holds a BSc (Hons.) in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Ottawa. Born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, Alek has an Armenian background.
