Rick joined Genomadix in 2020 and is responsible for the Companies finance and administration functions. Rick has a long career as CFO of various Companies, both Private & Public. Rick has a depth of diverse experience in various industries, such as manufacturing hardware (International Datacasting, Versatel Networks), natural health products manufacturing (St. Francis Herb Farm), in the consumer service industry with a hardware / software platform (FanVision LLC, Kanagroo TV, Inbusiness Solutions). Much of Rick’s career has been focused on leading companies through a transition, both financially, and, in many cases operationally as COO or VP Operations.

Rick has an Honours Bachelor of Chartered Accounting Studies from University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
