As an entrepreneur for the past 12 years, I’ve explored various business options and began Spero Careers Canada in 2018 as a way to build solutions to solve the autism unemployment crisis.

My son was diagnosed at 7 years old and is now a successful college student working towards a career in welding and fabrication. I’ve had the pleasure of working with the autism community through the Autism Job Club, CASDA, MentorAbility Ontario and membership in organizations such as CASE and CERIC.
