Hello, I’m Stefany (she/her), an operations enthusiast based in Toronto, Canada.

As someone driven by a relentless passion for tackling novel opportunities, I recently joined ResBiotic® as VP of Operations. We're leading physician-developed microbiome pre/pro/post-biotic supplements that go beyond the gut for whole body restoration. As the operations leader, I architect the execution of strategic goals while fostering customer-centric brand partnerships and building our restorative product portfolio.

Prior to ResBiotic, I co-founded Gwella, a mushroom company. We're a modern alternative wellness company that exists at the intersection of 3 megatrends: personal wellness, mushrooms, and psychedelics. Our community favorite Mojo Microdose mushroom gummies are in 500+ retail locations across North America.

With a personal mission of accessible wellness, I also founded Green Iglu, an award-winning food sovereignty start-up that builds food production facilities in remote communities across Canada, including the Arctic.

In my spare time, I lead the entrepreneurship programming for the Women’s Entrepreneurship Hub, where I have the privilege of working with newcomers to Canada and low-income women to launch their business ideas. I'm a firm believer and practitioner in supporting the local innovation ecosystem and am always eager to participate in action toward positive system reform.
