For the past 15 years, he has provided engineering and management services to a wide variety of organizations from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

Roger Eshleman completed his undergraduate degree in Natural Science. Following graduation, he worked for five years in Africa where he led the implementation of a series of Appropriate Technology projects.  After returning to the US, he founded a company and led the development of a line of innovative wood waste processing systems that were then patented and manufactured.  In 1992, this business expanded into the medical waste processing area.  He then he sold his share in this expanded business in 1998.

 In addition to professional pursuits, he has also traveled widely in third world countries as past board chairman of a non-profit development organization.
