Jim is a highly skilled and experienced operations leader. At WorkFusion, he is responsible for all operational functions in the company, including revenue operations, people operations and business operations.

Prior to joining WorkFusion, Jim served with Adam as COO at erwin and was instrumental in that company’s rapid growth. Previously, he was a partner at private equity firm Parallax Capital Partners, where he was responsible for M&A and investment strategy; and held several senior management roles at CA Technologies. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from SUNY-Albany and an MBA from Dowling College.
