Lucy Deus leads the global product team responsible for TraceLink's supply network products, that enable the orchestration of end-to-end supply chain, product and patient processes. Lucy is centered on the product vision, design and delivery to drive customer value and improve supply chain outcomes.

Lucy is recognized for turning ideas into action. She brings to her role a marriage of customer research, envisioning, counseling, and collaboration. Her innovative work on massively connected networks and large-scale organizational collaboration at the MITRE Corporation led her into the commercial market, where she was a pioneer in building technology support for mass eCommerce at iWant.com before moving into human capital management solutions at Performaworks. At SupplyScape, TraceLink’s predecessor, she led design and strategy for the company’s global traceability and serialization products.

A regular contributor to industry standards, Deus served as technical editor of the first traceability standards from GS1 and EPCglobal. Her industry leadership has earned her numerous awards, including the 2017 Boston Business Journal “Women to Watch in Science and Technology” award, the 2009 PharmaVoice 100 “Most Inspiring People”, the 2008 EPCglobal “Person of the Year” award and the Supply & Demand Chain Executive -Women Trailblazers in 2024.

Deus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Rhode Island.
