Paul Cianciolo, as COO at TraceLink, leads the company’s integrated go-to-market programs across Business Management, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, and Corporate Development. Through these commercialization efforts, TraceLink strives to ensure that all customers and their trading partners can successfully leverage the end-to-end supply chain digitalization benefits of TraceLink’s digital network platform.

Before TraceLink, Paul was a Vice President at FirstMark Capital, a leading early-stage technology venture capital firm.

He holds an MBA and a BS in Finance from Penn State University.

In 2023, Paul was recognized by Healthcare Innovations in their “40 Under 40” issue for his contribution to moving the industry forward.
