As Head of Business Development for IEX Exchange, Matt leads the team that works with clients to improve their trading performance by incorporating Exchange products. In his role, Matt combines his deep institutional knowledge of equity trading with IEX Exchange's performance-driven approach to serving clients. He is also co-chair of IEX's social impact committee, Think Big, Do Good.

Weinberg joined the business development team in 2019 after 21 years at Sanford Bernstein, the broker-dealer arm of AllianceBernstein, where he served as Senior Vice President, Managing Director, of Institutional Trading and Vice President, Institutional Equities before that.
