I am the Head of Operational Success at Georgian, a growth equity firm investing in software companies that are disrupting and changing industries through a focus on applied and conversational AI and in security-based trust. In this role, I am missioned with helping Georgian and all our portfolio companies scale and grow through the application of experience and insight to prevent and mitigate operational challenges. I am a mentor and teacher, committed to growing the next generation of talent here and in our portfolio. Prior to joining Georgian, I was an independent consultant and advisor working with start-ups and scale-ups around the world. I was also the Executive Director of the Windsor Essex Angel Network and remain very involved in the Windsor Essex entrepreneurial and tech ecosystem with my role on the WETech Board and involvement in other community and university initiatives. Prior to these roles I was a senior executive with IBM playing a vast array of roles globally and in Canada.
