Vice President, Customer Success
As Vice President, Customer Success, Elizabeth leads the Customer Success organization dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. Her organization is responsible for the successful onboarding of our customers, ongoing reviews and renewal of services. Elizabeth has been with eSentire since 2021. As well as being a client relationship champion, laser focused on building and nurturing relationships with a focus on growth and retention, Elizabeth knows that without an exceptional team, longstanding customer relationships cannot be established. With a passion for leading well, Elizabeth is a team player fully committed to the success of others. She believes to her core that we all have strengths to be leveraged and wants nothing more than to see those qualities shine through knowing the positive impact that can have on customers and beyond.
Elizabeth is a graduate of Brock University with a degree Business Administration, is a trained Project Manager with a PMP designation, and is a seasoned Operations Leader with a passion for delivering a world class customer experience, having led Customer Success and Support teams across various industries prior to joining the eSentire.
