Matt Vitale is responsible for the strategy and execution of achieving eSentire’s revenue goals with direct oversight of all revenue-generating activities, including go-to-market strategy and leading the worldwide sales organization.

Prior to eSentire, he served as President and General Manager of the Data Protection business unit at Quest Software. Prior to Quest, he led Dell Software’s global 500 sales organization as well as worldwide sales for data protection software. Vitale has also held executive sales leadership positions at Pentaho, Ingres, and VERITAS Software.

Vitale holds a bachelor’s degree of science in mechanical engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a master’s degree of business administration from the State University of New York.
