My name is Madison and I’m Head of Capital Markets and lead International LP/Investor Partnerships at Georgian - a growth equity fund investing in high growth B2B software companies that harness the power of data in a trustworthy way. During my first 3 incredible years at Georgian as an Investor, I worked with our investment and value-add teams to find, invest in, and help accelerate a new generation of B2B SaaS companies. Now as Head of Capital Markets, I oversee our co-investment program, secondary transactions, fund design and strategy, international LP and investor relationships, and innovative deal structuring/financing opportunities.
