As Head of Customer Success & Corporate Development, I lead our team focused on operational and growth acceleration for our portfolio customers. I work with our portfolio customers to think strategically about value creation and provide support on a wide range of corporate development activities including M&A, strategic relationship development and exit planning and execution. Prior to Georgian, I led the Corporate Development team at OpenText focused on executing on OpenText's inorganic growth strategy, from deal sourcing, through deal evaluation, execution and integration. I started my career as a corporate lawyer at Stikeman Elliott LLP, focusing on public and private M&A, corporate finance, securities law and general corporate matters.
