A former faculty member in the departments of physics at Bryn Mawr and Northeastern universities, Allan brings over 20 years of physics and high-tech intellectual property experience in his role as Director of IP. As a registered patent agent in the U.S. and Canada, he provides wise counsel at all stages of the solar energy patent cycle.

Dr. Tameshtit obtained his Ph.D. in theoretical physics at the University of Toronto and did his postdoctoral research at Harvard University. He also attended Suffolk University Law School in Boston.
