Joel's leading role at Morgan Solar is in advancing the design and manufacturing of numerous solar technologies, he is in charge of Engineering and Validation systems. Joel also provides leadership and direction for in-house quality control and health and safety systems.

Joel earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Engineering and Physics from Queen's University.
