Brent has more than 20 years of senior management and C-suite level experience in investment banking and corporate finance within the renewables/climate, natural resources, and utility industries. He has closed transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $20B. Brent has deep experience in all aspects of energy and infrastructure development and finance including carbon capture and utilization and tax equity. He has a BA in Economics from Western University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
