Christopher Scott

General Counsel

Christopher handles the legal affairs of Terramera and its affiliates, including Miraterra Technologies Corporation and Catalera BioSolutions Inc. He leans on his decade of experience as in-house counsel to innovation-driven startups, as well as his prior private practice experience, to advise the companies’ boards, executives, and internal teams on commercial, employment, corporate, M&A, privacy, intellectual property, and other matters.

Christopher has a deep background in IP and technology. He graduated as valedictorian with a math and computer science degree, holds patent and trademark agent registrations, and practiced law at a leading IP firm. His technical experience spans machine learning, processor design, signal processing, quantum computing, computational chemistry, optics, spectroscopy, robotics, chemical product formulations, and mechanical devices.
