Federico is currently heading the EMEA Commercial Strategy & Insights team at Monster Energy (drinks).

He previously worked in consumer insights, brand management, and commercial strategy in beauty (L’Oréal) and fashion (Pentland Brands).

He also co-funded three technology startups and served as Consumer Goods Advisor for Joyance Partners, a USA based early stage VC fund.

He got his Bachelor in Economics from UCL, and his Master in International Political Economy from Warwick University.

Outside of work Federico is a keen martial arts practitioner, seasonal skier, and enthusiastic surfing amateur.
