Steven Offutt is Director of Manufacturing at Harbinger, bringing more than 20 years of experience in advanced manufacturing and new product development experience with companies like Canoo, Faraday Future, Endologix, Boston Scientific, and others. New technologies in the automotive industry require new manufacturing methods, and Steven is passionate about implementing creative solutions to launch products without compromising on technical ingenuity.

In the medical device industry, Steven launched 10 new, complex products in class 1-3 medical devices. Transitioning to the electric vehicle space, Steven was the first member of the powertrain and battery advanced manufacturing team at Faraday Future and later joined the manufacturing team as Director of Manufacturing for General Assembly, Powertrain and Battery at Canoo.

Raised in Texas, Steven earned a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University.
