My Doan Cong is Vice President of People at Harbinger, responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy in our fast-paced, high-growth environment. She is an experienced HR practitioner with experience at a wide range of companies in finance, A.I. and Saas.

She brings this background to Harbinger, where she will oversee the company’s growth at its new headquarters and production facility in Garden Grove, California. It is My’s goal to not only attract the best talent and create the HR infrastructure needed to support Harbinger’s staff, but to grow the company culture at a place where the team is united to bring a medium-duty EV platform to market.
