Attorney, financial services veteran, and entrepreneur, Jason Thomas is the Co-Founder of myFloc. Jason has served as a Senior Vice President at Bank of America, as a Private Client Advisor, where he partnered with an ultra high net-worth clientele as a trusted advisor for strategic, financial and estate/succession issues.

Prior to wealth management, Jason was a Co-Founder and served as Executive Vice President & General Counsel of Seven Software and the Company’s technology partner, Total Dental. In his role as General Counsel, Jason led the Company’s legal, regulatory and expansion strategy efforts as well as serving on the Company’s Executive Committee.

In addition to his healthcare experience with Seven Software and Total Dental, Jason continues to strengthen his entrepreneurial experience in the technology and bio-medical sectors through his involvement with several regional technology and bio-medical start-up companies in both advisory and corporate board positions.
